IS IT VEGAN FRIENDLY?

Ingredients for our canelé are:

Milk, Flour, Egg, Salt, Butter, Flour and Organic Brown Sugar

Ingredients for your éclair are:

Water, Milk, Sugar, Salt, Butter, Flour, Eggs

Allergic Items to be vary of.

Some of our desserts contains nuts, please seek out before purchasing.

HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?
FOR CANELE

On the day of receiving your canelé, you can keep at room temperature. If it can't be consumed finish over night please keep cool in refrigerator.

You may heat up using air fryer, oven or microwave for 5~10 minutes at 180 degrees.

​

Canelé can last up to 5 days in fridge

HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?
FOR ECLAIR

Once receive, please keep in the fridge. Éclair last up to 5 days in fridge with changes in its crunchiness. Its best eaten at the café, so please reserve a table to taste the best of éclair. 

HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?
FOR PETIT TARTS

Once receive, please keep in a cool (air condition area) or in the fridge. Petit tarts has a shorter life span, it last up to 2 days in fridge with changes in its appearance and crunchiness. 

HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?
FOR BUNDT GATEAU

On the day of receiving your Bundt Gateau, you can keep at room temperature. If it can't be consumed finish over night please keep cool in refrigerator.

You may heat up using microwave for 5~10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Bundt Gateau can last up to 8 days in fridge
